Our team of engineers can help with your prototyping/small volume production needs through your largest production volumes finding solutions to your molding needs in the most cost-effective manner. Our engineers work to develop the most efficient mold design and production/process design. Whether your company is concerned with capital costs or variable costs, our engineers can work out a solution that fits your budget. We may even be able to lower your production costs by offering sub-assembly or rubber to metal/plastic molding options.

Da/Pro has electronic file transfer capabilities to receive customer drawings in AutoCad 200i, Pro-E, and Solidworks directly into our computer systems.

Da/Pro's tool department combines conventional and computer numerical control (CNC) metal working machines with an electrical discharge machine (EDM) to produce molds for the simplest to the most complex parts.

Since the tool is a critical factor in part finish, configuration and quality, Da/Pro engineers work closely with tool and die makers in the process of designing and fabricating precision tooling. Hand finishing and polishing by craftsmen provides the final detailing before the molds are pre-production tested.
